An Update on the Garden

It’s been more than a month since I blogged!  Sorry about that, but I was busy with *ahem* other things in my life.

The garden is really producing now!  I have been harvesting beets, carrots, turnips, zephy squash, cucumbers, lemon cucumbers, green beans, and okra, and the tomatoes should really be taking off soon.

Here is a picture of some sauteed zephyr squash and beet greens that I had for dinner one night during the interval since my last post:

And here is my harvest of potatoes:

There are about five pounds of potatoes, or maybe a little more, two-thirds of them red potatoes and the rest russets.  Not a bad harvest!
